Delivery & returns

Delivery time:

We always aim to ship orders within one day of the order being placed. However, shipping confirmations may sometimes take 1-2 additional days. These possible delays may be caused by the freight companies we work with or, on occasion, an unusually high volume of orders at our warehouse.

Track your order:

Once your package has been shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your order and see when it is expected to arrive at your address.

Please note that your tracking information should arrive approximately 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. If you’re waiting for a tracking number, remember to check your spam folder as emails sometimes may be sent to spam. If a few days have passed and you still haven’t received your tracking information, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to help you track your package.

In which cases can I exchange or return an item?

In all the following assumptions:

  • I chose the wrong size and I’d like to change it
  • The product is not what I expected, and I’d like to return it or exchange it with another one
  • I received my order in poor conditions.


In any case, the products that will be exchanged or returned must be in perfect conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else no exchange or return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to AMBERSMILE in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested. After the package arrives to our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email, informing you that the amount will be sent to your account in about 2-3 working days. You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by bank transfer.

The time window in which you can exchange or return an item lasts 30 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.

Important information: personalized items can’t be neither returned nor refunded.

Exchange and return is paid by the customer. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one with a different price, the difference will be charged by bank transfer or PayPal.


All our items have a lifetime warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty is valid against defects of materials and/or workmanship.
